This picture was made by "stitching" together three photos.  During the time it took to take the first picture (far right), Michael Smith walked from middle of the second picture area (middle of the room) to the first picture area and succeeded in completely eliminating himself from the photo.  He was about to sit down with his family at the table at the right.
